Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Phytovita.

If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unopened

  • the product must be in its original packaging

  • proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of the product and packaging

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the transaction.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • the product was damaged

  • the wrong item was sent

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
